7Account Closure & Suspension

Betssons reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, though this will not be done without reasonable cause.

If a player wishes to close their own account

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. It is recommended that you withdraw all funds from your wallet before closing.

Inactive Account Policy

An account will be considered inactive if there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee of ৳100 or 10% of the wallet balance (whichever is lower) will be deducted monthly from inactive accounts.

8Responsible Gaming Policy
